Lashes | Brows | Waxing By Appointment Only Located at 740 S Willow Ave Cookeville, TN 38501 POLICIES: Cancellation: A 30% cancellation fee will be applied to any appointment canceled within 24 hours. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond that, the appointment may be canceled and subject to the same fee. Lash Extensions: Lash fills are intended to maintain your existing lash extensions, not replace them. To qualify for a fill appointment, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining at the time of your appointment. If fewer than 40% of your extensions remain, your appointment will be considered a Full Set, and full set pricing and appointment time will apply. Please keep in mind that excessive shedding, picking, improper aftercare, or waiting too long between appointments may result in not having enough lashes remaining for a fill. This policy ensures enough extensions are present to create a full, balanced look while allowing adequate time to complete the service. Final determination will be made at the appointment. Waxing: To ensure the best possible results and protect your skin, please review the following requirements before your appointment: Hair Length- Hair must be a minimum of the length of a grain of rice (approximately ¼ inch) for effective removal. If the hair is too short to wax, the service cannot be completed, and the appointment will still be subject to the cancellation/no-show policy. Active Infections & Skin Conditions- For your safety and the safety of your esthetician, waxing cannot be performed over skin that has an active infection, open wound, rash, or other contagious skin condition. This includes, but is not limited to, active yeast infections for Brazilian waxing. Please wait until the infection has completely healed and any treatment has been completed before booking your appointment. Genital Herpes- Clients with genital herpes are welcome to receive Brazilian waxing as long as there is no active outbreak or healing sores present at the time of the appointment. If an outbreak is present or symptoms are beginning, your appointment will need to be rescheduled until the area has fully healed. If you are unsure whether it is safe to be waxed, please contact your healthcare provider prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service if waxing is not considered safe or appropriate.
